Seven Seas Yacht Services is in the process of preparing for the spring and summer of 2010. Please take a minute to review and fill out the forms attached. This spring we are offering discounts to all boats stored at Mears Point Marina. Sign up for bottom paint before February 15^th and receive a 5% discount or sign up and Pre Pay for bottom paint before February 15^th and receive a 10% discount. Not only is this savings for you but it gives us the opportunity to get started now which will help eliminate bottle necks this spring during the very busy launch season. Most of our long time customers already know how well our standard Cukote from Seahawk works. This year we have a couple of new products that might interest you. Our electronics department is now installing NEMA fuel monitoring systems. In addition, please ask about our cost effective solution to odor control in your boat. Call for information on these products and services.

As always we look forward to working with you and will continue to provide access to highly skilled technicians that will take care of servicing and maintaining all gas & diesel engines and generators, outboards, and the installation and maintenance of marine electronics and equipment. Members of our team have certifications with Volvo Penta, Mercruiser, Yamaha, Onan, Kohler, ABYC, Cruisair, Vaccuflush, Imtra products, Freedom lift, prop repairs, transmissions, outdrives, KVH satellite and more and as a result we can perform warranty work for most of these manufacturers.

Includes: Charge batteries (using pier shore power inlet), run and check all house systems, run engines and generator, minor top off of engine fluids, fill fresh water system and tie up in service slip for pick-up. Boats must be picked up from service slip within three days of customer requested launch date.

PAYMENT

1. Seven Seas Yacht Services’ is authorized to perform work, including labor, parts and materials for the prices in cash or credit card to be issued to Seven Seas Yacht Services.
2. If I fail to pay for the above completed work, I understand Seven Seas Yacht Services will have a mechanic’s lien upon the vessel to secure payment for the work and I expressly waive all rights to claim exemption under the state laws.
3. If collection is made by a suit or any other method required, I agree to pay interest until paid in full, including collection and reasonable attorney fees.
4. I agree not to hold Seven Seas Yacht Services liable for loss or damage to real or personal property caused by theft, fire or any other cause while boat and/or trailer is in for repairs, storage or sale.
5. Seven Seas Yacht Services’ employees may operate the above described boat, motor(s) and/or trailer and my motor vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection, or delivery at my risk.
6. Seven Seas Yacht Services reserves the right to substitute parts for those currently available.
7. Storage charges will be added to all items not picked up within 5 days after notification of completion of service.
8. All parts removed will be discarded unless otherwise specified. If you would like your parts saved, please indicate so.
